The cutest and friendliest environment. This place was a perfect spot to begin our Lundi Gras brunch tradition. We arrived right on time as we were able to walk right in, order and grab the last open table before the rush. We both had the etoufee but mine came with the crab cake and an egg. I'm not usually a runny egg girl but it was too good to not eat it all. We even ordered the chicken and waffles to go and the separated it for us. It was so cute. Will definitely be back!

Just a great place--delicious breakfasts; pleasant bright place with great art (owner's collection) and sidewalk seating too; and friendly real servers. I seldom see a huge menu like Horn's has, where they can actually make everything well. But I've never had a dish here I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

We were staying in Faubourg-Marigny and tried a few different breakfast spots. This one might have been our favorite. We were drawn by the "Jewish Coonass (ie, Cajun)" dish: Crawfish etouffee over a potato latke, with eggs and spinach and a biscuit. It did not disappoint, and we figured we wouldn't find this anywhere else. Also got a pumpkin waffle, suggested by a local waiting for her takeout order, which was yummy. The vibe is super homey and unpretentious, decorated with funky art, staffed by friendly locals. And the coffee was so good we got a bag to take home. If you're looking for fine china, this is not the place, but we loved the food and the ambiance. If it hadn't been closed Wednesdays (the day we left), we might have gone back for seconds.

We stumbled upon this place in the way back home to get a quick lunch before the kiddos' nap time. It's a great local lunch spot where all the locals come to eat. It has quite a few tables and menus to grab and order at the register. They had wonderful handheld options, fresh fruit as a side option and drinks in a can or bottle for purchase. We had a few different sandwiches to try and fruit as a side so my toddler could enjoy. Great lunch spot!

The perfect healthy, fresh breakfast that I needed after a long night of fun. Cute place in an old house. You order at the counter and coffee is self serve which I enjoyed. Their menu is diverse from decadent to vegan options. The best part of my visit was the sweet man at the register. Horn's has great vibes. Very glad we made this stop on our trip.

I miss the old Horn's, but I'm glad they're still around offering much of the same food, and with some of the same staff. The only reason I don't get there more often is my work schedule. But when I can, I love to grab breakfast here. They've always been vegetarian friendly. At the new place, you order at the counter and then have a seat, and they'll take care of you. I recommend the grilled vegetables and grits. My favorite dish is something I hope they bring back, which was some type of warm spinach pudding. I don't know how to describe it, but it was one of the best things in New Orleans.

Hole in the walls do not get better than Horn. The ambiance is cute. It's a little out of touristy NOLA, and there is free parking! We were looking for a fun brunch place. We had the expresso fused chai (dirty chai), chicken and waffles, and the crabby wife. It was all excellent!

Delicious breakfast spot. The restaurant has a bright, quaint look to it. Great service. Very chill, relaxed vibe. Be sure to check the chalkboard for their specials.
